Dr. Schwartzman is a professor and emeritus chair of the Department of Neurology at Drexel University College of Medicine. He retired from clinical practice in 2013 but is quite active as the author of several neurological reference books.
Dr. Schwartzman has gained national recognition for his decades of medical practice, research, and teaching. He served as the neurology residency training director for programs at three universities and the chairman of neurology for three institutions.
