エレマーノ２は、2004年に発売したエレマーノをリニューアルした製品です。
従来のダブルカフ方式の腕帯※１や自動測定法と聴診法が選択できる
ハイブリッド血圧計※２であるといった特長を踏襲しています。

さらに以下のような改良を施しました。
・送気球の体積を約1.5倍にし、さらに大カフの容量を小さくしました。
それにより、加圧回数の低減が見込めます。

・ラテックスアレルギーがある方に配慮し、腕帯と送気球の素材を非ラテックスに変更しました。

・標準腕帯のナイロン化や、本体の防水設計、清拭しやすいボタン形状など、消毒のしやすさを向上させました。


※１ダブルカフ方式の腕帯：血圧計の測定ばらつき減少と脈波の弱い方も確実に測定することを目指して、阻血専用の大カフに血管の脈波検出専用の小カフを追加した設計の腕帯です。
※２ハイブリッド血圧計：腕帯加圧後の減圧時に自動的に測定するモードと、医師や看護師が聴診器を用いて測定するモードがあり、患者さんの状態に応じた測定方式が選択可能な血圧計です。

●オートパワーオフ機能：約3分間操作がない場合、自動で電源オフ

※ 1 Armband of type of double cuffs :The design of armband is aiming to reduce variations and be correctly measured for those with weak pulse wave,so it is added a small cuff for pulse wave detection use to the big cuff for blood stasis use.
※ 2 Hybrid sphygmomanometer : Mode of automatic measurement which could measure automatically after pressurization becomes decompression.Mode of doctors or nurses can measure after using a stethoscope.The method of measurement could be chosen according to the status of patients.
